RadarGolf cannot process returns or exchanges that were not purchased directly from RadarGolf (www.radargolf.com).
   

If you bought your product directly from RadarGolf, the return policy below applies:

  • If you are unhappy with the item for any reason, ship the item back to us at your expense within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • If an item is suspected to be defective, please contact customer service at 888-723-2701 to try to resolve before returning the product.

  • Any item may be exchanged or refunded if the product is in its original condition including the package and all accessories. The value of missing items may be deducted from the credit amount of a return.

  • To process a return, please contact RadarGolf at 1-888-723-2701 for return instructions and to obtain a Return Mechandise Authorization (RMA) number. A valid RMA number is required for all returns.

  • Enclose a letter with an explanation as to why you are asking for a refund or an exchange and also include your name, full address, and either a phone number or email address.

  • We will refund the purchase price of your product. Original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

  • For exchanges, we will exchange what is returned (e.g. box for box, manual for manual, etc.)

  • A re-stocking fee of $25 for all returns will be charged.

  • Reminder: RadarGolf cannot process returns or exchanges that were not purchased directly from RadarGolf (www.radargolf.com).
